Privacy.
What VisionBoardOS keeps about you, why, and how to remove it. We collect as little as we can.

What we keep
- Your account: your name, email address and a scrambled (hashed) version of your password. We can't see your password.
- Your work: the photos you upload and the boards you make, so you can come back to them.
- Purchases: which templates you unlocked, the amount and the date. Card details are handled by Wayl and never reach us.
- Basic usage: when you sign in, boards made and downloads, so we can keep the service running and improve it.
- Site visits: a count of visits made with a random ID kept in your browser and the page you arrived on. We don't store your IP address for this.
Who can see it
- Your boards and photos are private to you. Our team can see how many you have and how much space they use, but not what's in them.
- We don't sell your data and we don't use advertising trackers.
- We use a few trusted providers to run the service: Railway hosts the app, its database and files; Wayl processes payments; and, when it's switched on, an email provider sends password emails.
Cookies and browser storage
We use one cookie to keep you signed in, and your browser's storage to remember things like light or dark mode, your board in progress and the random visit ID above. There are no advertising cookies.
Trying it without an account
If you use VisionBoardOS without signing up, your boards and photos are linked only to your browser. If you sign up later on the same browser, they move to your account; otherwise they're meant to be removed after 30 days.
Your choices
- Change your name or email on your Account page.
- Delete any board or photo whenever you like.
- Delete your whole account from your Account page; your boards and photos are removed with it.
- For anything else, including a copy of your data, email info@easykrd.com.
