Refunds.

We refund when

• You were charged twice for the same template.
• You paid but the template didn't unlock, and we can't fix it for you.
• The template doesn't work as shown and we can't fix it.
• Your account was charged for a payment you didn't make.

Usually not refunded

Because an unlocked template is delivered instantly and stays yours forever, we don't normally refund a template that unlocked and works because you changed your mind. If you think your case is different, write to us anyway and we'll look at it fairly.

How to ask

Email info@easykrd.com within 14 days of the payment, from the email on your account. Tell us the template and roughly when you paid. We reply within a few working days.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back through Wayl to the way you paid. How long it takes to reach you depends on your bank or card. When a template is refunded, it's locked again on your account.
